Access to ASRG's threat intelligence data and research publications is subject to additional terms. Intelligence data may not be redistributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without explicit authorization.
13.2 Members
Members who access the portal agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared within the community. Membership may be revoked for violations of these terms or community guidelines.
13.3 Sponsors
Sponsor relationships are governed by separate sponsorship agreements. Sponsor logos and descriptions on the Site do not imply endorsement of the sponsor's products or services by ASRG.
14. Member Portal and Community Guidelines
14.1 Portal Usage
The member portal is provided for the benefit of ASRG members to collaborate, access resources, and participate in chapter activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
14.2 Chapter Community Guidelines
Members participating in chapters agree to:
- Treat all community members with respect and professionalism
- Refrain from sharing proprietary or classified information without authorization
- Follow responsible disclosure practices for any vulnerabilities discussed
- Not use the platform for unauthorized security testing or malicious activities
- Respect the intellectual property of fellow members and organizations
14.3 Acceptable Use of Intelligence Data
Research outputs, threat intelligence, and security advisories shared through the platform may only be used for lawful purposes aligned with improving automotive cybersecurity. Misuse of intelligence data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership.
15. Termination
ASRG reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
